OUR LOCATIONS

Our supported living services provide support to people living in a wide range independent housing and shared accommodation, directly provided by Active Prospects as well other landlord’s or people’s own accommodation. This service helps people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairment and people with Asperger’s Syndrome live as independently as possible.

Supported Living services are located in Ashstead, Banstead, Caterham, Epsom, Horley, Leatherhead, Old Coulsdon,  Redhill, Reigate, and West Ewell. 

Our eight residential services across Surrey provide expert, intensive, round the clock support for people with profound and complex learning disabilities.  These are located in Banstead, Caterham, Charlwood, Horley, Redhill and Reigate.

We operate a short breaks service in East Surrey, providing support to young people aged between 18 and 30 who have a learning disability.

Based in Caterham, we offer transitional services for young people moving from residential settings into the community to enable people to become as independent as possible, in a flexible supportive environment and helping them find their long term homes. 

A tenancy support service in East and Mid-Surrey providing support to people who are at risk of homelessness in partnership with Raven Housing Trust.

We support a wide range of peer-led activities that support community networks, friendships, learning and work opportunities.
