Volunteering with Active Prospects

Active Prospects supports and encourages volunteers throughout all aspects of our business. Volunteers like you contribute vital skills and time to Active Prospects and most importantly to people we support. Without volunteers, and the commitment they bring, the services we provide simply couldn’t be delivered.

Our volunteering opportunities contain much variety and cater for individuals with different interests and skills. You need to be able to offer at least two hours a week or half a day a month, and commit for at least three months.

Volunteering with us enables you to do fantastic work. It can be incredibly rewarding on a personal level and also brings practical benefits. Volunteering with Active Prospects is a brilliant way to:

There are many ways to get involved at Active Prospects including:

• Spending time in our schemes with the people we support
• Driving the people we support to activities
• Helping the people we support on day trips out
• Gardening
• Painting and decorating
• Fundraising events and marketing
• Corporate input such as admin or covering reception
